Thinking About Moving to Grenada?
Curated gatherings for thoughtful people building meaningful lives in Grenada, West Indies.
A Different Kind of Relocation Guide
There's a particular kind of person who ends up in the Caribbean’s Spice Isle.
They didn't relocate, or dream of moving, because they wanted an easier life. The island called them because they knew deep down it was time to build something real. Maybe it was a business, or a creative practice or even just a different relationship with time and land and community.
The Exodus Circle exists to support that process. Our experiences are about bringing together people who are building thoughtful lives and giving them a rhythm of spaces to work, reflect, and connect.

The Gatherings
The Exodus Circle is not another networking group or simply a way to fill your social calendar. It’s a living community with a genuine rhythm; gatherings designed to help you think more clearly, work with more focus, and build the kind of relationships that actually go somewhere.

Who Is
This For?
You don't need to have everything figured out. But you should be someone genuinely engaged in the process of building - a business, a creative practice, or a new chapter of life that means something to you.
Members tend to be business owners, creatives, returnees from the diaspora, remote professionals, and thoughtful Grenadians. What they share isn't a background or an industry, it's a particular seriousness about how they want to spend their time and who they want to spend it with.
If you value depth over volume, real conversation over performance, and relationships rooted in honesty and mutual respect, you'll find your people here.
Who is this not for?
The Exodus Circle works because of the quality of people in the room.
It probably won’t be the right fit if you're looking for high-volume networking, large social events, or a platform to promote your services.
Passive attendance without genuine curiosity tends to change the atmosphere and protecting that atmosphere is something we take seriously.

What Membership Actually Gives You
Members don't need to attend everything. What you gain is access to a living rhythm of spaces where thoughtful people consistently show up, places where work gets done, ideas evolve, and relationships deepen over time.
With the right rhythm of gatherings, with the right people, compounds over time. A membership pays for itself the first time a conversation opens a door you didn't know existed.
Join The Circle
Communities like this don't appear by accident. They grow slowly as the right people keep finding themselves in the same rooms, around the same tables, and on the same trails.
If this feels like the kind of rhythm you've been looking for, the door is open.
